Late Arrivals
I completely understand that delays can happen. If you’re running behind, please send me a quick message to let me know. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean we’ll need to adjust your service so we can stay on schedule. If you’re 15 minutes late or more, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the time to another guest. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% fee. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
